Chief Financial Officer / Chief Compliance Officer

Greg Wildeman is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Revere. He over 15 years of experience in financial operations and compliance. Prior to Revere, Mr. Wildeman was the VP of Finance and Payments at Katapult Holdings Inc., a FinTech start -up that grew from $20 million in revenues to over $200 million in revenues. Mr. Wildeman was part of the executive leadership team that guided Katapult to strong profitability and exponential growth. He also led Katapault through its unicorn IPO- valued at $1 billion, working end to end on the IPO process in less than 10 months.  He led the accounting and FP&A function as well as the payments division while at Katapult.

Mr. Wildeman started his career at Broadmark Asset Management LLC, where he was responsible for fund reconciliation, fund and management company audits, as well as revenue and budget projections. Mr. Wildeman has a Master's in Business and Bachelor's in Business from New York University- Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional. He also holds the Series 7, 24 and 27 licenses.

Mr. Wildeman's first love is basketball. In his spare time he has the privilege of coaching middle school aged teens in Westchester County in New York.
