CEO and Co-Founder

Dan Barnett is the Chairman, CEO and Co-founder of Revere. He is the former CEO and Chairman of Broadmark Asset Management LLC, an institutional money management firm. Previously Mr. Barnett was the President of McKinley Offshore Management, Ltd. from 1996-1998. He was the owner and CEO of Machado & Co. Inc., a coffee and cocoa trading firm in New York, from 1986 to 1992 and again from 1993 to 1996. From 1976 to 1986, Mr. Barnett held various roles including CFO, Finance Director and Board Director at E.D. & F. Man in London and Farr Man & Co in New York.

After serving as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy from 1970-1972, he began his investment career as a Commercial Lending Officer in the Commodity Lending and Finance Division of the Chase Manhattan Bank.  Mr. Barnett earned a BA, with distinction in psychology, from Dartmouth College.
