- Paul Wolter — Chief Operating Officer
Paul Wolter is Revere’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Revere in 2009, he was Chief Operating Officer at Broadmark Asset Management LLC, and before that spent two years at Treflie Capital Management, a fund of funds manager, as Director of Research and Operations. Previously he had worked over twenty three years in the commodities industry with both E.D. & F Man and Machado & Co., before starting an independent consulting company. Mr. Wolter began his career at E.D. & F. Man in London in 1977 and moved to New York in 1979 where he was responsible first for sugar trading and later, coffee trading operations. At Machado, he was responsible for coffee and cocoa trading operations. On re-joining E.D. & F Man in New York in 1994, he was responsible for corporate development, asset allocation, risk control and acquisition integration. Mr. Wolter graduated from Cambridge University in 1977, earning an M.A. in History.
- Jerome Crown — Chief Financial Officer / Chief Compliance Officer
Jerome Crown is Revere’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and joined Revere in April 2008. Mr. Crown from 2000, was CFO and Compliance Officer of Broadmark Asset Management LLC and is still the CFO. Previously he worked at Emesa Group, a diversified trading and wholesale distribution company as a Controller. Prior to that he spent eight years at Machado & Co., a coffee trading and asset management firm, where he performed a similar role. Before joining Machado, Mr. Crown worked as a Director and Group Controller at Farr Man & Co., Inc., a commodities trading firm in New York. Mr. Crown began his career at Mason and Company where he spent twelve years as an accountant. He graduated from The City University of New York, Bernard M. Baruch College, with a BBA degree in 1963 and is licensed by the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant.
- Lilian Tesserolli — Marketing Coordinator / Operations Director
Lilian Tesserolli serves as Revere’s Operations Director and joined the firm in April 2008. Previously she was employed by Broadmark Asset Management LLC. Lilian’s previous experience encompasses various positions at the Emesa Group of companies, including Executive Assistant to the President, Office Manager and Export Coordinator from 1995 to 2002. Prior to that she was a Financial Analyst for Shell, S.A. Ms. Tesserolli was educated in Brazil at the Faculdade Candido Mendes, Rio de Janeiro and she holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
- Gregory Wildeman — Controller / Director of Finance
Gregory Wildeman is Revere’s Controller and Director of Finance in the operations department and joined Revere as a full-time employee in August 2010, based in the New York Office. Gregory started his career in financial services as an intern in January 2009, working for Revere and for Broadmark Asset Management LLC in the US, where he also still works as the Controller. Mr. Wildeman role has also expanded to the Controller / FinOp of Revere Securities LLC. Mr. Wildeman graduated from New York University with a duel BS in Finance and Accounting as well as an MS in Accounting in 2010. He is licensed by the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant.
- Tom Broadbent - Senior Managing Director
Tom Broadbent spearheads Revere’s Business Development, Sales and Strategic Execution. Leveraging over 25 years of global investment experience in private equity, merchant banking, green banking, impact investing, deal structuring, funds management and alternative investments, international project finance, sustainable energy, infrastructure, engineering development and institutional financial partnering for the benefit of Revere. He has held leadership roles with Green Ventures, Asset Alliance, Refco, Kennedy Smith Broadbent, Sun Life, Federated Investors and Fidelity Institutional Service Co. Mr. Broadbent is a graduate of Jacksonville University with a BS in Business Management and the first graduate of the internationally renowned Aviation Management Program. Graduate Studies Psychology, Harvard University, matriculating Masters of Liberal Arts.
